Operation on NIB / NPB. (Non interference basis / non protection basis). The equipment is not permitted to cause harmful interference to other radio services.
OFCOM and AK Liechtenstein do not maintain a co-ordinated frequency planning and link registration for this application. By setting up a new 58 - 63 GHz link, the operator is fully responsible, that this link does not generate interference to other installations. The equipment has to be switched off immediately in the case of interference with other services.
